Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • successful completion of paid training program
  • valid work authorization for the United States
  • ability to pass background checks and security screenings
  • availability for flexible scheduling and irregular hours
  • strong physical fitness and ability to perform safety-related tasks
  • excellent customer service skills
  • capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • completion of immersive training at JetBlue University
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to make quick and sound decisions
  • experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • knowledge of aviation safety regulations
  • fluency in English
  • authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
  • uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
  • support guests and crew during all phases of flight with empathy and real-time decision-making
  • deliver exemplary customer service that reflects JetBlue’s brand values
  • participate in thorough training at JetBlue University including simulations in aviation safety and crisis management
  • collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
  • maintain composure under pressure and adapt to the unpredictable nature of air travel
