- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior flight attendant experience required but aviation or customer service background preferred
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- physical ability to perform duties aboard an aircraft
- strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
- uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
- ensure positive and authentic interactions with guests and crew
- support guests and crew during all phases of flight using judgment and empathy
- participate in immersive paid training and certification
- apply crisis management techniques during emergencies
- collaborate with team members to maintain operational discipline and service quality
