Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required but aviation or customer service background preferred
  • able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • physical ability to perform duties aboard an aircraft
  • strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • completion of JetBlue University training program
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform under pressure
  • customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of FAA safety regulations
  • proficiency in crisis management and conflict resolution

Job Duties

  • manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
  • uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
  • ensure positive and authentic interactions with guests and crew
  • support guests and crew during all phases of flight using judgment and empathy
  • participate in immersive paid training and certification
  • apply crisis management techniques during emergencies
  • collaborate with team members to maintain operational discipline and service quality
