Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the United States
- successful completion of immersive paid training at JetBlue University
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- pass FAA mandated safety and health standards
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent judgment and empathy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain composed under pressure
- customer service experience preferred
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- proficiency in cross-cultural communication
Job Duties
- manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
- uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
- support guests and crew during all phases of flight
- use judgment, empathy, and real-time decision-making to resolve issues
- ensure interactions reflect JetBlue’s brand values of reliability and innovation
- participate in ongoing training and development
- collaborate effectively with teammates to enhance service delivery
