- manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
- uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
- ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s reliability, innovation, and humanity
- support guests and crew through real-time decision-making
- participate in immersive training at JetBlue University
- apply aviation safety and crisis management skills onboard
- collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
