Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or relevant discipline recommended
  • at least 5 years of experience in aviation, Owner's Representation, Construction, Management
  • ability to review contract documentation at all stages of projects
  • ability to understand AutoCAD and construction drawings
  • knowledge and experience with FAA advisory circulars and procedures
  • strong airside and landside experience on large hub U.S. commercial airports
  • ability to handle industry, government, and public contracts on project-related matters
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • valid driver's license
  • responsible and ethical decision-making
  • proven track record with workplace safety and adherence to company policies

Job Qualifications

  • understanding of scope, schedule, and budget
  • participation in client development and relations activities including meetings and industry events
  • development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • involvement in contract negotiation, presentations, and meetings
  • maintenance of clear communication and contractual relationships between Owner, Contractor, Staff, and Design Team
