Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or relevant discipline recommended
- at least 5 years of experience in aviation, Owner's Representation, Construction, Management
- ability to review contract documentation at all stages of projects
- ability to understand AutoCAD and construction drawings
- knowledge and experience with FAA advisory circulars and procedures
- strong airside and landside experience on large hub U.S. commercial airports
- ability to handle industry, government, and public contracts on project-related matters
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- valid driver's license
- responsible and ethical decision-making
- proven track record with workplace safety and adherence to company policies

- maintenance of clear communication and contractual relationships between Owner, Contractor, Staff, and Design Team
