Job Requirements
- Current FAA commercial pilot license
- Valid Certified Flight Instructor certificate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to provide official transcripts or diploma
- Completion of application with all required documents
- Willingness to comply with college policies and procedures
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Hold a current FAA commercial pilot license
- Possess a valid Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in aviation or related field preferred
- Experience in flight instruction or aviation education
- Strong communication and instructional skills
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse student populations
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and flight training procedures
Job Duties
- Deliver flight instruction to students compliant with FAA regulations
- Conduct classroom teaching on aviation theory and flight principles
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and update course materials and curricula
- Ensure adherence to safety standards during flight training
- Collaborate with academic staff in program development and assessment
- Maintain current knowledge of aviation industry regulations and instructional methodologies
