Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time hours including Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Most Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Must meet required hours every Saturday and weekdays
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle dynamic work environment
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Answer dealership group phones and greet prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person
- Introduce customers to sales personnel
- Work cooperatively with sales and other internal teams
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with callers and visitors
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned
