Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent

  • ability to use computer systems and software
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to take inventory photos accurately
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • previous automotive industry experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • assist in daily service department tasks
  • moving vehicles for customers, advisors, technicians
  • greeting clients upon arrival to the dealership
  • shuttling customers locally following dropping their vehicle off or prior to picking it up
  • operating CDK system to check customers in, generate appointments, keep customers informed
  • provide a positive guest experience with every customer they engage with
  • making sure the service lane area is clean and presentable at all times
