- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic computer/technology skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check

Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with service lane flow
- Move, stage, and park vehicles in a high-volume environment
- Keep service lanes organized and traffic flowing smoothly
- Transport vehicles to and from technician bays safely and efficiently
- Perform basic vehicle tasks including battery testing and documentation, tire pressure checks and adjustments, install service tags and prep vehicles for service
- Wash, vacuum, and clean vehicles as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive and customer area
- Communicate with Service Advisors on arrivals and vehicle status
- Assist customers with basic questions and directions
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
