Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and MVR acceptable to insurance carrier
- Ability to regularly walk, use hands and arms to handle, feel, and reach
- Ability to frequently stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret documents and present information effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Drive customer vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
- Drive vehicles through car wash
- Clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
- Perform general cleanup of vehicles after service work is completed
- Park vehicles in the vehicle lot in an orderly manner
- Maintain showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times
- Wash and prepare new and used vehicles for lot display
