Job Requirements

  • Driver's license required
  • Ability to operate dealership shuttle vehicle safely
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work full-time hours

Job Qualifications

  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Desire to build/create great customer relationships
  • Strong self-starting ability
  • Experience in customer service or automotive service roles preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet each customer in the Service Department as they arrive to the dealership
  • Apply seat cover, steering wheel cover and floor mat to the incoming vehicle along with topping off the washer fluid
  • Shuttle customer to/from the dealership using the dealerships shuttle vehicle as needed
  • Assist Service Advisors with moving vehicles as needed
  • Answer incoming Service phone calls as needed and set Service Appointments
