Job Duties
- Transport vehicles between service bays, wash areas, and customer pick-up locations in a timely and safe manner
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service department, including parking lots and customer waiting areas
- assist with vehicle preparation, including cleaning and detailing as needed
- support the service team by ensuring all vehicles are properly logged and positioned for service appointments
- adhere to all safety and operational procedures while handling vehicles and equipment
- provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with vehicle keys and paperwork when required
