Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in automotive or related field preferred
- ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- reliable transportation
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours if needed
Job Qualifications
- a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- a team player with a positive attitude
- ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles (preferred)
Job Duties
- assist with management of vehicle inventory
- maintain the appearance of the dealership's lot by cleaning and moving vehicles
- park, retrieve, and organize vehicles for customers and staff
- perform basic vehicle inspections (checking tire pressure, fluid levels, etc.)
- help ensure all vehicles are showroom-ready
- assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
