  • two years of experience in an auto repair facility or educational equivalent required
  • proficient with computer skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • ASE certification preferred
  • ability to operate a department at a profit according to dealership guidelines

  • analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
  • understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations regarding the service department
