Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- valid Driver's License and insurable
- willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment

Job Duties
- Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive at the service department
- parking and retrieving customers' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks
- remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customer
- inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damage immediately
- clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
- keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
- return vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultant
- assisting automotive technicians by retrieving parts, tools, or equipment
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in service bays, customer waiting areas, and other designated areas
- ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
