Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • one to two years related experience and/or training
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
  • valid Driver's License and insurable
  • willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment

Job Duties

  • Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive at the service department
  • parking and retrieving customers' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks
  • remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customer
  • inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damage immediately
  • clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
  • keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
  • return vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultant
  • assisting automotive technicians by retrieving parts, tools, or equipment
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization in service bays, customer waiting areas, and other designated areas
  • ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
