Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Invoice and receive payment for service and parts transactions
- maintain accurate financial records
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- handle cash and process payments securely
- assist in resolving billing issues and discrepancies
- support the service department in administrative tasks as needed
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
