Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US
  • previous receptionist experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • strong computer skills including usage of inventory control software, internet, and Microsoft Office suite
  • a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record per company standards
  • flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist experience
  • automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • strong computer skills including usage of inventory control software, internet, and Microsoft Office suite
  • a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record per company standards
  • flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs

Job Duties

  • Answer phones in a professional manner within three rings and transfer customers promptly
  • take messages from customers when desired person is unavailable or at customer request
  • greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly providing timely, friendly, and professional service
  • provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving concerns
  • maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
  • perform other duties as assigned
