Job Requirements

  • 2-10 years of experience in automotive sales
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to read financial dashboards and market trends
  • Proficient math skills for sales projections and forecasts
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Valid State Sales License
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to undergo a background check

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and inspire a crew of high-performance sales professionals
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team
  • Manage inventory to ensure a well-stocked and appealing showroom
  • Oversee demo vehicles and prepare them for customer test drives
  • Review and approve sales deals to ensure fairness and compliance
  • Guide customers through the sales process and resolve any issues
  • Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings
  • Develop and implement new promotions and marketing strategies
