Job Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience in automotive sales
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to read financial dashboards and market trends
- Proficient math skills for sales projections and forecasts
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Valid State Sales License
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to undergo a background check

Job Duties

- Manage inventory to ensure a well-stocked and appealing showroom
- Oversee demo vehicles and prepare them for customer test drives
- Review and approve sales deals to ensure fairness and compliance
- Guide customers through the sales process and resolve any issues
- Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings
- Develop and implement new promotions and marketing strategies
