Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 20 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work any assigned shift according to operational needs
  • Excellent attendance and job performance for internal candidates
  • Capability to perform physical tasks required by the role including standing and walking for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in lot management or related automotive role preferred
  • Ability to use computer systems for inventory tracking
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Control the flow of cars on the lot
  • Inventory management including checking and logging new vehicle arrivals
  • Enter correct vehicle status information in the fleet computer system
  • Responsible for lot merchandising ensuring vehicles are front line ready with correct pricing stickers, buyers guide, and frame plates
  • Parking and aligning cars to maintain a presentable sales lot
  • Manage the back-overflow lot including shuttling cars to vendors and assisting with dealer trades
  • Assist with maintaining the fuel log and preparing reports requested by the Location Manager
