Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work any assigned shift according to operational needs
- Excellent attendance and job performance for internal candidates
- Capability to perform physical tasks required by the role including standing and walking for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in lot management or related automotive role preferred
- Ability to use computer systems for inventory tracking
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Control the flow of cars on the lot
- Inventory management including checking and logging new vehicle arrivals
- Enter correct vehicle status information in the fleet computer system
- Responsible for lot merchandising ensuring vehicles are front line ready with correct pricing stickers, buyers guide, and frame plates
- Parking and aligning cars to maintain a presentable sales lot
- Manage the back-overflow lot including shuttling cars to vendors and assisting with dealer trades
- Assist with maintaining the fuel log and preparing reports requested by the Location Manager
