Job Duties
- Facilitate the sales and finance process
- provide excellent customer service
- support lot operations and omni-channel sales
- fully execute sales process and achieve monthly sales targets
- maintain strong CRM output and quality
- support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR
- recover missing documents and maintain clean paperwork
- support vehicle photography and deliver cars to partner hubs
- organize lot merchandising and support vehicle transport
- ensure proper check-in of incoming vehicles
- help achieve strong NPS scores by providing customer support
