Job Requirements
- Must be available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or higher
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience
- A professional appearance
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
- Previous automotive experience a plus

Job Duties
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Other duties assigned
- Maintain Cafe Duties including: Prepare beverages and snacks for the store customers, such as prepackaged foods and coffee
- Maintain and clean the store, inventory and stocking
- Adhere to food safety procedures
- Handle cash and record customers' orders information accurately
