Job Requirements

  • Prior office or administrative experience
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with CDK is a plus, but not required
  • availability to work Saturdays is required

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers upon arrival, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
  • answer and manage a multi-line phone system, route calls and take accurate messages
  • perform general office and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
  • assist with cashiering support, document preparation, and other clerical tasks as needed
  • collaborate with staff across departments to support smooth daily operations
  • provide administrative support to management and team members as needed
