- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills including oral, written, and electronically
- Excellent customer service skills to address client inquiries professionally
- Must be reliable with attendance and work well in a team setting
- Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Bilingual abilities a plus, Spanish speaking enhancing communication with diverse clients

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to Auto Body customers on the phone, in person and throughout the repair process
- Ensure Repair Order file accuracy
- Greet customers and schedule vehicle delivery and pick-up
- Keep customers informed about completion times, costs, and changes
- Assist customers with rental vehicles
