Job Duties
- Greet service customers promptly with a smile and direct them where to go
- Assist with vehicle check-in and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Move customer vehicles safely to and from the service drive and parking areas
- Retrieve vehicles for customers upon pickup and ensure they leave happy
- Keep the service drive clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Help coordinate vehicle flow for Service Advisors and Technicians
- Support the team with light cleaning, delivery runs, or other tasks as needed
