Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle records (MVR) check
  • ability to pass a background check
  • must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
  • travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
  • ability to stand for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
  • frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
  • extensive travel within assigned area is expected
  • may have exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals
  • ability to work in a shop environment in inclement weather
  • required to wear personal protective equipment including facial covering, eye protection, gloves

Job Qualifications

  • Desire to learn a skilled trade
  • high school diploma or technical school graduate
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • test drive vehicles after repair or ADAS calibrations
  • transport vehicles, tools, parts, and customers as needed during repair processes
  • perform vehicle clean-up when required
  • adhere to safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment
  • perform other duties as assigned by field leadership
