Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle records (MVR) check
- ability to pass a background check
- must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
- travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
- ability to stand for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
- frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
- extensive travel within assigned area is expected
- may have exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals
- ability to work in a shop environment in inclement weather
- required to wear personal protective equipment including facial covering, eye protection, gloves
Job Qualifications
- Desire to learn a skilled trade
- high school diploma or technical school graduate
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
- self-motivated with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- test drive vehicles after repair or ADAS calibrations
- transport vehicles, tools, parts, and customers as needed during repair processes
- perform vehicle clean-up when required
- adhere to safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment
- perform other duties as assigned by field leadership
