Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers license and ability to pass MVR check
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
- Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
- Requires standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
- Requires frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
- Extensive travel within assigned area
- May have exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals
- Ability to work in a shop environment in inclement weather
- Required to wear PPE including facial covering, eye protection, and gloves
Job Qualifications
- Desire to learn a skilled trade
- High school diploma or tech school graduate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
- Self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused vision
Job Duties
- Transport vehicles, tools, parts, and equipment to necessary locations
- Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Test drive vehicles after repair and/or ADAS calibrations
- Transport customers as needed during repair process
- Perform vehicle clean up
- Provide customer service with a positive attitude
- Perform other duties assigned by field leadership
