Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must have a valid drivers license and ability to pass MVR check
- ability to pass a background check
- must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
- travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
- requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
- requires frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
- extensive travel within assigned area is expected
- may have exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals
- ability to work in a shop environment in inclement weather
- required to wear PPE to include but not limited to facial covering, eye protection, gloves
Job Qualifications
- Desire to learn a skilled trade
- high school diploma or tech school graduate
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
- self-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision
Job Duties
- Customer service oriented
- communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- test drive vehicles after repair and/or ADAS calibrations
- transport vehicles, tools, and/or customers as needed during repair process
- vehicle clean up may be required
- perform other duties as assigned by field leadership
