Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and delegate tasks to the entire sales and service porter team
- monitor the performance of porters, providing feedback and guidance to maintain high standards of work
- ensure vehicle transportation, lot organization, and preparation of vehicles for delivery are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- assist with the physical transportation of vehicles within the dealership's lot and service area
- ensure all vehicles are parked correctly, minimizing damage and optimizing the dealership's space for customer access and vehicle movement
- create and maintain daily schedules for the porter team, ensuring appropriate coverage for all responsibilities throughout the day
- perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles
- ensure the dealership's interior and exterior are always clean, organized, and presentable
- oversee the cleaning and upkeep of the showroom and customer areas, making sure the environment is welcoming and professional
