Job Duties

  • Safely move and park vehicles in designated areas in an organized manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas
  • Perform basic vehicle checks, such as tire pressure and fluid levels
  • Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are prepared and presented in pristine condition
  • Support the service team by retrieving vehicles for customers and transporting vehicles to and from service areas
  • Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as washing and vacuuming vehicles
  • Provide courteous, prompt service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow all company safety, health, and operational policies and procedures
  • Report any vehicle damage or operational concerns to management immediately
  • Perform other duties as assigned
