Job Duties
- safely move and park vehicles in designated areas in an organized manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas
- perform basic vehicle checks, such as tire pressure and fluid levels
- assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are prepared and presented in pristine condition
- support the service team by retrieving vehicles for customers and transporting vehicles to and from service areas
- perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as washing and vacuuming vehicles
- provide courteous, prompt service to ensure customer satisfaction
- follow all company safety, health, and operational policies and procedures
- report any vehicle damage or operational concerns to management immediately
- perform other duties as assigned
