Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Clear close vision required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pull, push, carry
  • Ability to walk 5 or more hours
  • Ability to sit for 5 or more hours

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly condition including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repair work
  • Clean customer vehicles inside and out after repairs are completed
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for additional repairs
