Job Requirements

  • Ability to multitask
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Clear close vision required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as pulling, pushing, carrying, walking 5+ miles, sitting and standing for 5+ hours, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain office cleanliness including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting
  • Maintain production area housekeeping including waste removal, sweeping, and organizing tools
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds neatness including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
  • Clean customer vehicles inside and out after repairs
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
