Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • ability to multitask
  • automotive experience preferred
  • clear close vision required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to pull, push, carry
  • ability to walk 5+ hours
  • ability to sit 5+ hours
  • ability to stand 5+ hours
  • ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and or crawl 1+ hours
  • operate a motor vehicle
  • lift up to 50 pounds
  • withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
  • perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
  • maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops
  • maintain production area cleanliness by disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, sweeping floors, and organizing tools and equipment
  • maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
  • ensure consistent execution of the WOW Operating Way plan
