Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Automotive experience preferred
- Clear close vision required
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pull, push, carry, walk 5+ hours, sit 5+ hours, stand 5+ hours
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
- Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
