Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Automotive experience preferred
- Clear close vision required
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to pull and push, carry, walk for 5 plus hours, sit for 5 plus hours, stand for 5 plus hours

- Ability to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
- Maintain daily housekeeping of production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly fashion including snow removal when necessary
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to beginning repairs
- Clean customer vehicles after repairs are complete both inside and out
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for additional repairs
