Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Automotive experience preferred
- Clear close vision required
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to pull, push, carry, walk, sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts
- Operate a motor vehicle

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
- Maintain housekeeping of production area by emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
- Maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
- Clean customer vehicles inside and out after repairs are complete
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
