Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Clear close vision required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to pull, push, carry, walk, sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts
  • Operate a motor vehicle

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain housekeeping of production area by emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
  • Clean customer vehicles inside and out after repairs are complete
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
