Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clear close vision required
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pull, push, and carry items
  • Ability to walk and stand for over 5 hours
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
  • Provide exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles post-repair
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
