Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Valid driver's license
- Clear close vision required
- Automotive experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pull, push, and carry items
- Ability to walk and stand for over 5 hours
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
- Maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
- Provide exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles post-repair
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
