Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
- ability to do consistent physical activity including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work in a collaborative environment
- ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Auto body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare color tint to match paint color
- mix paint colors and ensure all formulations
- prepare, top coat, and cure paint to meet OEM recommended standards
- apply paint according to proper application sequence, timing, and materials usage
- ensure all paint operations are complete and masking is removed
- reassemble parts disassembled for painting prior to returning vehicle to body technician
- maintain cleanliness and organization within the painting area
