Job Requirements
- 3 plus years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
- Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred
- Ability to do consistent physical activity such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare color tint to match paint color
- Mix paint colors ensuring all formulations
- Perform paint coating and curing following OEM recommended standards
- Ensure proper application sequence, timing and materials usage
- Complete all paint operations including masking removal
- Reassemble paint-related disassembled components
- Collaborate with body technicians to return vehicle ready
