Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
  • Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Adaptability to fast-paced work environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare color tint to match paint color
  • Mix paint colors ensuring all formulations
  • Perform paint coating and curing following OEM recommended standards
  • Ensure proper application sequence, timing and materials usage
  • Complete all paint operations including masking removal
  • Reassemble paint-related disassembled components
  • Collaborate with body technicians to return vehicle ready
