Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and cleaning techniques
- ability to operate cleaning equipment
- strong attention to detail
- excellent time management skills
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for prolonged periods
- good communication and customer service skills
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to work the specified schedule consistently
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights
- inspect windshield for damage
- factory reset and restore vehicle settings
- check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
- verify registration presence, currency, and license plate match
- Check fluid levels and add as needed
- check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
- inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns and report any issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers
- assist customers and transport when needed
- help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors
- perform site appearance tasks including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other cleanliness duties
