Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- ability to work full-time hours according to provided schedule
- physical ability to perform vehicle cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- adherence to company safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools
- basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and safety standards
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- prior experience as an automotive detailer or similar role preferred
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data, check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found, verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
- check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns, report any warning lights or damage, pull vehicle out of prep process as necessary
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors
- assist customers when needed and transport customers to and from branches
- maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
- maintain cleanliness of desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lot, and other related tasks
