Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- at least 18 years old
- authorization to work in the United States
- physical ability to perform cleaning, lifting, and vehicle inspection tasks
- willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols
- ability to operate related cleaning equipment
- good communication and customer service skills
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- no drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset/restore vehicle settings, check for customer items and manage lost and found, verify registration is accurate and current
- check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any issues, remove vehicles from processing when necessary
- maintain a clean and orderly work area, report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- operate cleaning tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers
- assist customers and transport them when needed
- maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors, exteriors, desktops, countertops, phones, floors, bathrooms, and parking lots
- self-assess for performance improvement and participate in training
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
