Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or vehicle cleaning is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to assist customers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to work the specified rotating weekend schedule
- Must comply with company safety and operational protocols
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without need for sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, reset vehicle settings, check for customer items and verify registration
- Check fluid levels and add as needed, inspect tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns, report warning lights or damage, pull vehicle out of prep processing as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers when needed and transport them if required
- Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as desktops, floors, bathrooms, trash removal, vacuuming, and sweeping lot
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
