Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in automotive detailing or similar field is an advantage but not mandatory
- must be physically able to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends and some holidays
- reliable transportation to the Springfield Airport location
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- no recent drug or alcohol convictions affecting driving record
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
- no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States without work sponsorship
- ability to perform physical tasks related to automotive detailing
- strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- ability to use cleaning and detailing equipment safely
- good communication skills
- willingness to follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights
- inspect windshield for damage
- factory reset and restore vehicle settings
- check for customer items and place valuables in Lost and Found
- verify registration presence and accuracy
- Check fluid levels and add as needed
- check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
- inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area
- wear proper personal protection equipment and ensure supplies availability
- assist customers as needed and transport customers to and from branches
- help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
- perform general cleaning tasks such as desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment and training
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
