Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to work full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience in automotive detailing or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow safety protocols and dressing requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under physical demands and in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights
- Inspect windshield for damage
- Factory reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
- Verify registration presence, validity, and accuracy
- Check fluid levels and add as needed
- Inspect tire condition, pressure and tread depth
- Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues
- Maintain clean and orderly work area
- Wear proper personal protection equipment and ensure supplies availability
- Assist customers when needed and possibly transport them
- Maintain overall site appearance including interior and exterior cleaning of branch locations
- Attend training and development sessions
- Improve job performance through self-assessment and skill development
- Maintain punctuality and attendance
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
