Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- must not have any drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years
- must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred
- understanding of vehicle maintenance and cleaning protocols
- ability to operate automotive cleaning equipment and tools
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- good communication and customer service skills
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and rotating shifts
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data, check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found, verify registration is present and matches license plate
- check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for any safety concerns, report warning lights or damages, remove vehicle from process if necessary
- maintain a clean and orderly work area, report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- assist customers as needed and transport customers to and from branches
- maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors
- ensure site appearance includes desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, lot sweeping and vacuuming
