Job Duties
- clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset/restore vehicle setting, check for customer items, and verify registration
- check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for any safety concerns and report issues, pull vehicle out of processing if necessary
- maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers
- assist customers and transport them to and from branches as needed
- maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors, exteriors, desktop areas, and other branch-related tasks
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
