Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations on driving record in last 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to adhere to scheduled work hours
- Consistent full-time availability
- Ability to perform physical labor involved in detailing and vehicle preparation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in automotive detailing or related cleaning services preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of performing physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting as required
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry vehicle exterior including cars, trucks, and vans
- Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data, check for customer items and place any valuable items in Lost & Found, verify registration is current and matches license plate
- Check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues
- Maintain clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers
- Assist customers and transport as needed
- Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
- Perform site appearance duties such as cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, and sweeping the lot
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training and goal setting
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
