Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- Good communication skills for customer interaction
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level, warning lights, and inspect windshield for damage
- Factory reset and restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- Check for customer items and manage lost and found
- Verify vehicle registration and condition
- Check fluid levels and add as needed
- Inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
- Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers as needed and provide transportation to and from branches
- Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning branch interior and exterior
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as desktops, countertops, phones, floors, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot
- Seek to improve job performance through training and goal setting
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
