Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in automotive detailing or related field is a plus
- ability to operate detailing tools and equipment
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to work on feet for extended periods
- effective communication and customer service skills
- punctuality and reliability in attendance
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
- must have a valid US driver’s license for a minimum of 1 year
- must be authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- check fuel level and warning lights
- inspect windshield for damage
- factory reset vehicle settings
- check for customer items and place valuables in lost and found
- verify registration matches license plate
- check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
- inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- fuel and stage vehicle
- inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues
- maintain a clean and orderly work area
- operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers
- assist customers and transport when needed
- maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors
- perform site appearance duties such as cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, bathrooms, vacuuming, lot sweeping, and other related tasks
- seek to improve job performance through self-assessment and training
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
